hi, im new here. are people friends on here? like get use to seeing people around. i used to use a website a while ago and everyone was friends and stuff, is that similar here?

People often find that they make friends or meet like-minded people here. Sometimes they meet up (visit the RYL meet-ups board) together when they are feeling more confident.

People here are very supportive and the chances to get into a fight are quite low.Most people here are like 'if you don't like smth,ignore it'.
I made some good friends here,whom i can trust.

It definately can seem like that, I know a lot of people on here, and many of them say the same. I think it just comes with the nature of the subject, you know? There's a lot of inward-focusing going on.

But you'll get used to it - you learn to focus on the more light-hearted & open threads. People on here are really friendly, just jump in and add your comments, no one minds it. People will start to recognise you before long.

And feel free to PM anyone, people are fine with that. For example, I made a really good friend on here because I PM'd him to say that I like his avatar. Just small things like that can spring into friendships
