2nd time ive done this...

xanax withdrawal.
today is only the third day.
this has happened to me once before.
i swore that i would never let it happen again.
cold turkey off xanax.
cant see my doc until the 31st.
i took too many over the few days after my father died.
and now i pay for it.
ive never been through a withdrawal so painful and lengthy.

i dont know if i can last.
the physical symptoms aere a night mare.
sweaty, shaky, stomach upset.
i just wasnt to feel better.

maybe someone can just tell me this wont last forver
i dont know what else to say.
i cant think.

I have been through withdrawal, just as severe as you are descibing, and here I am typing this to you to tell you you can get through this.

if you are feeling extremely horrible I would recommend going to the hospital, just because going cold turkey off of xanax can cause real damage to your body. There are medications that are used to help reduce the withdrawal symptoms, but you would have to see your docotor for those. Is there a way you can call and tell them you are in a bit of an emergency and need to see the doctor as soon as possible? Letting a professional know of you sudden stop to the drg is the best thing that you can do.

Otherwise try to distract yourself as hard as I know it is. Get you mind off of how sick that you are feeling right now.

actually...a friend of mine had some xanax..the same mg i take. and i have some now to get me through until my appointment. i can only take a half a day to make them last and to avoid withdrawal.
i know you arent supposed to take other people's meds.
but they are the same as mine. and at the time, i would have done anything.
