it is just the stress of not having an active strategy atm, you're wanting to revert to the most recently used. it doesn't always work, and never pans out in the long term, right now oyu need another way to cope.
be it bawling into a pillow, artwork, poetry, storywriting, music, shouting at a teddy (poor bear), paintballing, clay pigeon shooting...anything.
someway to release the emotion and energy. *hugs* hope you get through this, mand x
