I think it's really important you seek medical help, as I'm sure you know. You aren't an idiot for not wanting to, it's really difficult asking for help especially when you have to think about insurance and telling your parents but your parents would rather know than find you dead. Your symptoms sound serious. Please, try and get some help.
Your Mom's concern right now will be making sure you are well and treating the effects of the overdose. You can work through what happens with your Dad afterwards.
You need to go to the hospital NOW. Pick up the phone and call 911. Tell them that you've overdosed on whatever it was, and that you need an ambulance. Don't worry about insurance, the ER has to treat you whether you have insurance or not, so it's okay that you don't have your insurance info. Call your mom from the hospital or tell the doctors there how to contact her - I promise you she'd rather be interupted at work than finish her day and come home to find you dead.
If you're not willing to go to the hospital, you can call poison control at 1-800-222-1222, and tell them what you've taken and how much, and any other info they ask for like age and weight, and they'll be able to tell you any first aid measures you can do on your own or if you need to go to the ER.

Why do you think your phone won't let you call 911? ANY phone will let you call 911. Even a cell phone with no service plan or minutes or whatever will still let you call 911, and I believe that disconnected land-lines will as well. If you really can't call from home, go to a neighbor, a payphone, or even a store or resturant and either call or ask someone to call for you. It's a free phone call that can be made from any phone, so that really shouldn't be what's stopping you from getting medical attention.

Agreed; you really need to get some medical advice and treatment for this as soon as possible, so that you do as little damage to yourself. You might not die from this, and be grateful, but what happens if you have a liver malfunction when you're 30, and over all this ****? You can get through this. Please let people help you, reach out, and get the medical support you need & deserve. I hope you're alright.
She wouldn't take me to the ER, since we don't have insurance at the moment and they'd send me back to inpatient--I've been there twice since March of this year.
She tried to find ipecac syrup, but couldn't, so she gave me some baking soda in some Coke, so I threw up a lot.
That was the first and last time I EVER do anything like that.
All is understood too late.
