Triggering (SI) - Argh, just feel strange!

I started taking a higher dose of antidepressants the other day, and at first felt ok. Now I feel ARGH though. On the outside, I am fine, I look fine, I'm functioning (apart from letting my toddler throw cotton buds all over the house) but inside I feel crazy. I feel like my heart is racing, like the whole world has slowed down, like the telly is going to start talking to me again, like I'm underwater, like I'm not real, like this is very real, and it is all very strange.

Sorry you're feeling like this. Do you think it's a result of the higher dosage?

if you feel this is because of the increase then it would be a good idea to talk to your doctor about the effects - maybe the increase needs to be reconsidered

I think you should maybe speak to your doctor and go back on to a lower dose. I have felt similar before when having accidentally taken too many ADs.

If it is the ADs causing this then u would be better off going back to the lower dose.

Also, if you are on any other medications maybe check with ur dr that they aren't interacting n causing weird symptoms.
