how to deal...
i'm relapsing!! i finally had a few good months free of my fing eating disorder, and now i'm relapsing! It severly depressing me, which only makes feeds the beast....and has led me to cut more, which i had also stopped for a few months...how have you dealt with a relapse? I want to break out of this, but it's so much harder the 2nd 3rd or 4th time...help? ='[
