Have you seen your psych yet? It is best to be as honest as you can so that you can get the appropiate help. My best wishes.

PM me if you want a PDF copy of the ICD-10 or the Mental Health Act 1983/2007. I ALSO HAVE THE DSM-V BOOK and am a pharmacology student.
I have a visual impairment / neurological problems so I need people to type in clear text and no funny fonts. Also excuse any typos, my vision blocks things out.
I have autism and have problems communicating, PMs included.
Just becasue I type well doesn't mean I speak well. I am only part time verbal.

I'm sad to hear that she was so useless. Who was the other person that you found?

Have you tried writing a letter to someone who is helping you about everything and state how desperate you are?

You could make a formal complaint against them. Sorry I'm not being much help.

Do you have a Care-Co-ordinator? You could ask your psych if you can have one (I think you're supposed to have one if you have regular contact with MH services) and once you have a Care Co-ordinator, they can help you with support and/or sort out a support worker or social worker or CPN for you.
Hopefully they will be better and more supportive as they tend to be the people who regularly meet with people to support them and even just to talk to them and check in with them once a week or so (or more if you need it) so they tend to be more sympathetic than psychs and can help you with coping strategies etc.
