Help! Green Hair!
I got back from portugal in the wee hours of this morning and woke up to find my hair has a slightly greenish tinge to it. Some places are very green (mostly the tips) but it's mostly just an off-blonde colour. I didn't even notice on holiday but now it's really annoying me!
Does anyone know how to get the colour out? I've read lots of stuff online but was wondering if anyone has actually tried anything before I reach for the baking soda and aspirin!

you been swimming in a swimming pool?
Sometimes the chlorine in the water affect hair colour, especially blonde.
A lot of shampoo and showering will help it fade. but I think it'll take a day or so.

I know this will sound bizarre but it might work for you; tomato ketchup. The red will counter the green and you'll be back to blonde. One of my old friends used it on her extensions and I couldn't believe it worked, but it did. Worth a try anyway :)

You can't lose hope when it's hopeless.
You gotta hope more,
then put your fingers in your ears and go,
"Blah blah blah blah!"
I miss you Pip ♥

Ketchup left in for 10 mins - red will neutralize it! Ew I know, but it works. You could also try Daddy-O shampoo from Lush - its purple and it will also help.

lemon juice and vinegar
or
cover your hair in ketchup, wait 15 minutes, then wash out. and it'll disguise the green while it fades: Gives the hair a darker tint.
or
the baking soda or aspirin wash but those are more for prevention than removal.
It's mostly time and lots of washing that helps remove the green

Dude, if I'd have known about this ketchup thing Sam (forever_blue) would have totally escaped a year of greenish blonde hair.

^ so was mine but bleched it first - now no colour stays too long and it goes blondey too quickly :( ruined my hair (but totally worth it)
