chat not working

its kinda weird, i've always been able to use chat but my mum got a new computer and i cant seem to use it anymore, does anyone know why? and uh i hope i'm posting this is in the right place sorry if not

Well, what kind of problems are you having? Not able to sign-in? Page not loading? Error messages or anything?

Make sure Java is installed and updated. That may be the problem...

it just doesnt load properly..

I would really need a more detailed decription of what is happening before I can have a hope of helping you!

By 'not loading properly' do you mean it starts loading, with the bars but stops halfway? Does the new window pop up but nothing but white appear? Does chat load but go funny in some way?


Because everyones machines are different, there are hundreds of possiblilies of what could be wrong - and they all mean 'it doesn't load properly' so try to take the time to describe what you see and I will do my best to work on a solution for you.

the new winder pops up, the green bar goes all the way across and then it just stays blank..

Try giving it some extra time to load, especially if you have a slow internet connection. If that doesn't work make sure you don't need to download any updates for Java.
