HELP! ..... with packing

So yea.... I need help with packing... I'm going on a one week sailing holiday in Turkey with my family, and my brain is currently dead as to what needs packed!

Any input very much welcomed :D

& a hair brush.

lots of extra clothes
Bathing suit (swim suit)
After sun just incase you get burn
Life Jacket <---- Every important
Extra Batteries for your camera


A little tip, not sure if you do it or not, but cannot hurt to offer, when you pack your clothes instead of folding them, lay them flat/fold the pants or shorts length wise and roll them up. It takes up a lot less room.

TAMPONS <if you use them, but it would suck if you forgot the feminine hygiene necessities, and had to go without.

Money, and a book of sailors cusswords. Just in case you need to use them.

Any medications you need. A rudimentary first aid kit. Duct tape. (you can never have too much duct tape!)
A flashlight/torch.

As it's turkey some clothes to cover up in (long sleeves and long trousers) and maybe a pashmina/scarf could be helpful

Swimsuits, suncream, toiletries, antisickness medication,pants bras trousers skirts tops pjamas maybe a jumper a swimming tshirt shoes shoes for the boat flip flops or shoues to swim in
