BPD online, DBT skill training

I just was wondering if anyone knew of any DBT skill training online,some I have been on I have gotten to much mail,that I did not need.It is hard to do it on your own,and my therapist does not have any training for it. If you do know of any,please post it here,or you are weclome to pm if you would like to.I have the wookbook,it is hard to do it on my own. Thanks so much

I don't know much about this at all sorry, I hope that someone else can help. I've only came accross one site which seems to just be sending out email training sheets. Is there anyone who your therapist could put you in touch with who has training in this? I hope that things are alright for you. Please keep us updated with how things are for you.
