how do you control it
This time last week i was ready to kill myself. I was hearing voices everyday again telling me how to do it. Now i'm feeling much better, have had a coupla days without the voices and all in all feel likek i can get on with my life again. The thingn is is how do i keep things like this, instead of constantly slipping back into the world of voices and delusions.
also because i'm so all over the place i'm scared my therapist doesnt believe me. One minute i'm totally lost in world where everyone is reading my mind and controlling my actions. The next i'm back here...
anybody any advice as to how i can stay where i am now.?

No advice I'm afraid as I don't hear voices but just wanted to give you a hug *hugs*

"John, being brave is going where no man has gone before and with Lizzy Stark, that is NOT what you'll be doing!" - Aunt Polly.
“I told him I was going to betray you, and betray Lyra, and he believed me because I was corrupt and full of wickedness; he looked so deep I felt sure he'd see the truth. But I lied too well. I was lying with every nerve and fiber and everything I'd ever done...I wanted him to find no good in me, and he didn't. There is none.”

The only suggestion I've got is to avoid stress, it's hard to tell when the symptoms will occur really. Do you notice any triggers each time?, that perhaps you could maybe avoid.
Does medication help?

Stop thinking about what I want, what he wants, what your parents want. What do you want?

Also, your therapist will believe you. She will be used to people's symptoms coming and going, people aren't in crisis like that all the time and they don't have to be for it to be a significant problem.
The therapist won't be focusing on the clinical symptoms particularly either, that's more the psychiatrist's forte :)

I've never had problems such as yours but I understand your distress. It is very debilitating to feel like no one will believe you. I don't think my family believes me either because I think they believe I'm an attention seeker. But don't let that tie you down. It is obvious you are ready to change and I'm proud of you so be happy about that. I'm sure your therapist believes you. Your problems are very real, and if she doesn't believe you, which I'm sure she does, then it's time for a new therapist.

We believe the same as I.Heart.
If your therapist is any good she will know that people's symptoms fluctuate, some days are better and the symptoms might be dormant/absent, other days they are in full swing. So we don't think you need to worry about that.
Our only suggestion in relation to keeping yourself well would be keeping working with your therapist, having concrete safety plans; knowing the sign posts for when symptoms are coming back, what to do when you feel like they are; distress tolerance/coping strategies, if you are on medication remember to take it regularly etc..
