Thought Disorder?

I've been told I have this (well the doctor said it to my parents who told me) but i haven't got a clue what they are or anything so anyone else have this or if you know anything about them i'd appreciate some help because i've gone from being told i'm developing paranoid schizophrenia to this because i wasn't helped by olanzapine on maximum dosage (but that doesn't mean other ap's can't help does it? Im terrified they'll just leave me the way i am, i seriously can't cope much longer the way i am the thought of having to live with all this crap just makes me want to cry) , so id just appreciate anything you can give, thanks x

I think this was mentioned to me at one point.

I think its like where thoughts are stolen, or someone puts them in your head, and you feel all muddled up and its shown by when you talk sometimes as the speach makes not much sense, or is off track etc.

I think. Im not sure.. x

I hope for nothing. I fear nothing. I am free.

This was written in something (care plan?) by my doctors when I was in hospital, and I think it's like what Ami said. My thoughts and speech were jumbled I think. I was very distressed at the time.

Can you talk to the doctor who told you about it?

I'm sorry you're feeling so bad. If it helps, I have a diagnosis of schizoaffective disorder and I am a lot, lot better than I was in terms of psychotic-y things. Things can get better so don't give up hope.

There are so many anti-psychotics out there and hopefully you will find a treatment to suit you. Olanzepine doesn't work for everyone, I'm sure.

Take care. xxx

The Mole was bewitched, entranced, fascinated. By the side of the river he trotted as one trots, when very small, by the side of a man who holds one spell-bound by exciting stories; and when tired at last, he sat on the bank, while the river still chattered on to him, a babbling procession of the best stories in the world, sent from the heart of the earth to be told at last to the insatiable sea.
Wind in the Willows.
