Hey, from my birth i've had a lung disease, unsure of what it's called like in English though, but i have to use a inhaler and everything and it's pretty much limiting me. So because its hard for me to do any much movement i've just clamped myself to my pc, i do exercises every now and then though.

But now i just start to feel worse and worse about myself, im overweight, i'm a real outsider at school and with people and have a social disorder.
By the day i've got no real problem, because im occupied with other things, but during the night i start to feel worse and start harming myself, and its going worse and worse really, and i have no idea what to do, and i'm feeling not motivated to do anything at all, because i keep thinking i'll end it one night. What should i do? During day and night my emotions are the opposite and it's starting to chew on me, being called as absent my everyone.

(sorry for the long text, i just dont know how to summarise)

I think you've got 'Asthma', correct me if I'm wrong somebody.

It is really stressfull if it's bad enough, do you have it very bad?
I get what you have as well with the night/day emotions, but in wierd ways. Maybe try finding things to occupy yourself at night too?

Hey, I'm glad you were able to write here and reach out for some help here. I think you mean asthma, too. I know how difficult it is to live with (I have ashma too although not severe), but even though it's difficult, I think it would help you to find some activities to occupy you in the evening to keep your mind busy. Maybe during the day when your mood is somewhat higher, you could make a list of things you enjoy. There are plenty of lists in the internet of distractions, but maybe there are some things that you particularly enjoy that you can still do with asthma. Play with playdough, draw, write, call a friend, or plan to spend evenings with family or friends so that you're not alone during times you know will be difficult for you.
I know that what you can do on physical activity is limited by your asthma, but if there is some physical activity that you can do, it would help with your self esteem and also give you something to do. I don't know where you live, but could you perhaps see a doctor to get some tips for activities you could still do?

One thing is sure-
we have to do something.
We have to do the best
we know at the moment.
If it doesn't turn out right,
we can modify it as we go along.

Yeah, it's Asthma, i've got it bad enough, seeming as whenever i ask how bad it is that the person i ask always tries to talk around it (doctor, parents etc)
I usually try to occupy myself at night by watching tv, but my parents tend to rant me the next morning, and it isnt the ideal solution for school, as i gotta wake up early.

I tend to draw during day, and i'm pretty good with it, also use photoshop, i cant do it at night because i've got a nightclock, so all lights out, pc out and everything.
Tried talking with my parents too and stuff, but they're pretty self-centred and dont really care that much about me. I live in the netherlands by the way
