I am currently:
Triggering (SI) - Arrrrrrrrrgggggghhhhh.

Feeling very very triggered.
Yesterday I was told that the work for one of my classes at college is only at pass level, I thought I was doing best in that subject, apparently I'm not, I'm been working to get it up to distinction level (where I want, not need to be.) almost non stop since about 12 yesterday, I barely eaten, I only had four and a bit hours sleep. And Now I'm just feeling really exhausted and triggered and blegh. I just want to cut and cut, but I can't I need to work I need it to be perfect.

Sorry to hear that hun,
Could you get some support from your teacher about this?
I think you should take a break, maybe have some more sleep and have something to eat and calm down/relax?
*hugs* x

<3.

Thanks for the reply, I'm not in college again till tomorrow but I could mention it to my teacher then, not sure what she'd be able to do though..
I spoke to my boyfriend earlier and he told be mot have a break too, I didn't quite tell him everything as he's revising for an exam he has tomorrow and I didn't want to worry/bother him, just said I'd been working a lot and was really tired. I'm kinda trying to have a break but I can't quite tear myself away from the work, I keep saying 'when I finish this page I'll stop for a bit' but I can't quite seem to do it.

I know my university has learning support, where you can get extra tutoring. Have a chat with your teacher she will be able to point you in the right direction. Usually they want you to do well so they will help you. Also I think a break would do you good, sometimes if we keep working it can just compound the stress more. Even if you just go for a short walk. Stay strong sweetheart, you can get through this. Take care

It's not that the work I've done is bad per-se it's just I've very behind. I've been concentrating more on recovery recently and my college work seems to have taken a bit of a back seat.
I think I may go for a walk in a little while, just want to finish what I'm doing so I don't stop in the middle of something.

Went for the walk I think it helped clear my head a bit. Back home now. Working again.

Glad the walk helped clear your head a bit, I know it helps me too so maybe in the future you could use this strategy to help. Take care
