Hi, I'm a bit confused.
I think I'm hearing voices. Well...a voice. It just came out of nowhere. I thought I was talking to myself but it sounds different..Idk I think I'm going crazy.
Basically it controls my actions, tells me whats good or not. I don't like it. I dunno how to get rid of it, yet its addicting. I listen to it. It tells me when to harm myself now, and I feel like its okay if I listen. Is that bad?

Having feelings is never bad.

The thing you're having feelings about, however... If the thing is that you think you should harm yourself just because the voice says so, then yeh, that's bad. Causing pain to either yourself or someone else is never a good thing.

Don't feel bad about having a voice though. Lots of people on here have voices and they all have their own ways to deal with them.

Can you tell someone about this voice, like your doctor or someone you trust, that way they can support you with this. If the voice is telling yourself to harm yourself then that's not good.

I'm sorry that no one believes you, maybe you're telling the wrong people. Perhaps you could ask them why they don't believe you. I used to hear a voice but it went away when my antipsychotic dose was increased. I also had three men inside my head who made plans and hid them from me but again they went away with my dose increase.

Hunni, you really need to tell someone.... With the right help that voice can actually disappear. Can you tell us a bit more about it???? Does it scare you????
