Not sure what that is - but I was terrified when I went about my anxiety and paranoia. It's perfectly natural, but it can help you understand yourself xx

I have it but I managed to get help my first year of college. I never wanted to but it became so bad and I was just so depressed that I finally took the dive. I had a teacher who was kinda worried about me and referred me to my on campus counseling center. I can tell you that it was extremely tough and took me months of working up the courage to even climb the stairs until I finally made it. Really glad I did though. I still have it, but it's not as bad as it once was.

If you ever need to talk, just message me.

I realized a capacity for not feeling lonely carried a very real price, which was the threat of feeling nothing at all.

I'm glad you were able to take that step. It is definitely the hardest but when you manage to get accustomed to it, and find that your doctor isn't going to be judging you, you are able to finally feel at ease and tackle everything that you have been hiding from. The fear is the worst and being able to confront it is so rewarding.

Me too, no worries. I've always heard it referred to as SADs in conversation for some reason, so I just always think of SADs and SAD as different.

My mum had it and I do worry that I might do as well.
I definately feel a million times better when the sun is out.
My mum had a light lamp to help treat hers.

OH! Yes I have like 3 of those lamps, but not for the same reason, I have them because I do a lot of art and the light quality is better, but yes, they are supposed to be good for that.
