Robber Fancy Dress HELPPP

So it's my mates 18th Saturday and we're going out on the town but it's fancy dress and I gotta dress up as a robber.
I'm going into town later to have a look around, planning to get a little mask for my eyes and a pair of handcuffs (NOT KINKY ) to wear on wrists.
I have a black and white stripy top but it's ultra baggy cos it's really old, so will attempt to find a new one in town
What could I wear on bottom? I don't wanna wear jeans :/
What kinda make up should I do

A sexy skirt, like a short-ish skirt with some boots on all like cat-burglar like you know what I'm saying? Well I think it would look good, the top could be partially tucked in but at the same time kind of like flowing over the waist of the skirt so it's like all "hollywood" you know? And I'd say black makeup but that's just what I think.

Have you got a big bag with 'SWAG' written on it? You could use a bin bag and bulk it out with balloons maybe, if you have some paint. Or maybe even vut out paper letters.

Well I managed to get a black and white stripy bag so I guess that'll do then.
