i've got my first appointment at this child and family clinic, fingers crossed i get moved on to the adult clinic!!

but anyways i've told my doctor about the abuse and shes noticed some of the self harm first hand, im just worried she'll probably have put it on my file that she passed onto them...

seeing as my mum and twin HAVE TO come along to the first appointment do you think theres any chance theyll bring it up infront of them ?

I think it would be a good idea to ask to have a quick word with the person you're going to see, while your family wait outside for a moment.

It is possible that they will bring it up infront of your family. But im not entirely sure how likely that is.

Best to check just beforehand - itll only take 5 mins to explain the situation and ask them not to mention it infront of your family or anything.

i'll just be brave and ask if i can talk to whoever i get alone for a second if i dont get to go in myself first.

Don't think so no. The only thing i know about tomorrow is that the person im seeing is called mark other than that theres nothing to else to tell me anything except about what the clinic does :/

today was okay :)
i was in a room with stuff toys etc hah but on a whole it was bareable
he never mentioned anything that i know woulda been on my file thank god, guess he's waiting for me to tell him

and my next appt is on monday soon or what !!
it's a one on one appt from now on :D
but he says the sessions will be one at a time as in every time i go might be the last time not sure if i like the idea of that or not
