Often people do have double hugs, I don't know why but there's nothing we can do to rectify that that I am aware of - as for doubling posting this hasn't come up twice but if something you post does get posted twice, you can delete it ("edit" > "delete") or a moderator can do it for you.
& when you are posting, only click 'submit' or whatever once - if you get impatient & click it loads it will post loads... I'm a nightmare for multiple posts when my comp is being slow
