If you try googling "free website, no ads" you'll find a lot of options. I'd suggest simply looking around at what kind of hosting and webpage building options you can find. :> Does that answer your question?

I'd go for webs.com
I doubt you're going to find a free one that doesn't have ads. That's how free ones can be free...the advertisers pay for it basically.
webs.com is pretty good though because it's just a strip across the top and not some of those sites with popup ads in different windows.
It's pretty simple to make a site on there too.
Of course I could be wrong about there being no free website hosting sites that have no ads....it wouldn't be the first time I've been wrong about something :)
