I am currently:
scared

I have an appointment on wednesday for mental health assessment, I'm actually bricking myself. I'm 16 nearly 17, doctor thinks I may be bipolar. any ideas on what'll happen?

They will probably just ask you a whole heap of questions about your mood, your sleeping habits, things you do during the day etc. Really there is nothing to worry about, it will be okay. Good luck

like crazy kat has already said, they will just ask you a few questions and its important for you just to answer the best you can after all the assessment is just so that they can find the best treatments for you. I know when i had an assessment they just asked me general questions first about my life so that i could get used to talking to them and that. Good luck! hope it goes ok for you!
