Triggering (Suicide) - Feeling pretty grim.
In one of those moods. Those moods that come along and hit you like a ton of bricks. Within a matter of hours. Feeling lower than I have done in a few weeks. Currently fighting off *those* thoughts and seriously doubting my ability to get through the night.

Nothing has happened. That's what scares me, I have no idea why I have come to feel so low in a matter of a day.
I missed some days with my meds last week, only 3 days. Could that have affected me?
I need to snap out of it. I desperately want to but I just cant no matter how hard I try.

Fight for another day

I'm not 100% sure but yes I think missing meds can have an effect on your mood. Can you go for a walk or do some drawing/writing or have a bath to distract your mind from the urges. Hold on there hun, you can get through this. Take care

missing meds can definatly effect your mood...try and remember to take them, equally try doing things you enjoy doing and not to dwell on your mood. it should lift eventually. I know what you're going through. if you need to talk you may pm me xx
