After some advise... any idea's for how to cope be with ADD?

well... yeah. just after some advice, really... I suffered a lil from ADD when I was at school, but post school it seemed to just... fade.

but, lately, I've been under a lot of stress & crap between my work & personal life, recently, & it seems to be coming back, with avengence. and, well, I'm sorta collapsing under it. I can't hold things together anymore >.<

I'm not sure if you can have a "lil" of ADD/ADHD, & for it to come back...

Either way, I'd see a professional about this who is specialized in ADD/ADHD & if you haven't been diagnosed with it, be assessed for it & they will treat you appropriately for it if you have it/already been diagnosed.

yeah... I'm good at underestimating things. things I refer to as 'lil' ain't usually.

it did, however, fade away for a time, though. I think. hell, perhaps I just got better control over myself... but I seem to have lost that control again.

gah. I dunno. I knew I should never have asked about help/how to cope, though.

Thanks, anyway x

Like I said, seeing a professional may be a good idea then as they can give you ideas/techniques in treating your ADD/ADHD.(assuming it's been diagnosed.)
