Feeling Ill

Shine (Annabelle) isnt feeling very well tonight and is feeling very sick physically so i thought i would make a thread for people who are not feeling well so they can moan and get a few hugs.

So i will start it off!

I've had moderate-severe health problems everyday since late 08, so yeah, can relate to feeling ill. :(
Feeling ill as always so I'm off to bed now.

I really do hope you feel better soon hon, anti nausea meds may help with the sickness, plenty of rest, fluids & TLC for you!

I don't feel too well myself. I have a really sore throat and a hacking cough.
I just ate half a tub of ice cream and it still didn't soothe it
