everything has gone wrong to day i went to the docs at last just to be told they had wrote my appt down at wrong time and i now have to wait till may 11th to see a doc i got so upset i had been sick all nite last nite but stayed stong i manged to sleep and i did it i went there they dont understand how much it took for me to make that walk and go in to that appt just to be told go away till may 11th i got so upset i cried all the way home i feel so useless why did i not call and make sure i realli wanted them to lisen to help me today i ended up coming home and cutting i had gone a full 24hours with out now my arm is coverd with cuts on top of cuts i feel so useless and numb i just dont no what to do is there any point in trying or should i just give up and say good bye?

Aw hun, could you see if they have any closer openings to move your appt to? Did you let them know how hard it was for you and that you NEED to see someone? The last time something like that happened I made a big fuss and got a much closer appt time. I don't know how doctor's offices are over there though.

I think there is every point in you continuing to try. You did really well going to the Doctors and making an appointment. I know how difficult it can be to get the motivation to go and deal with the anxiety of the whole thing as well. You managed it though. Yes it was hard, yes it was unpleasant but you still did it and you managed not to self harm before then.

Can you get emergency appointments if you ring up on the day? If the receptionist asks whats for just tell her it is personal but urgent. It sounds like you could really do with some extra support and your GP will be the gateway for you to get that support.

Take care of yourself. You don't deserve to punish or give up on yourself.
