Triggering (OD) - Cipralex escitalopram 10 mg

hello is anyone else taking this or have they taken it?
i was on Cipralex escitalopram 5 mg
i am now on Cipralex escitalopram 10 mg
im taking them for anxiety and depression
they work for me and i find them really good as ive only had one panic attack since i have been taking them.
I have also been referred 2 thanet mind where i can go 2 a discussion group and i can even learn 2 cook, i am really looking forward 2 it.
I have also got some really good support from managers and workmates at my workplace.
I was signed off work for 7 weeks and i wasnt looking forward 2 going back 2 work but, its not been as bad as i thought ive been back a week and its going ok.
Only thing is i keep thinking 2 myself
i feel ok,
how come i feel ok?,
is it because of the tablets?,
am i really still me?,
do i make sense?

Tablets help stabilise your mood. It could be the tablets making you feel better,could be a combination of the tablets and the fact you've got some support and not having panic attacks anymore,which combined with the tablets will be making you feel more confident.
Keep using the support you have with mind, and maybe bring this up,because I'm petty sure you're not going to be the only one feeling this way.

My fiance was on 60mgs of these tablets a day...they did nothing for her

Could be the tablets, yes. I'm on 20mg and they do help with my anxiety most of the time. Just go with it. Enjoy it. And good luck with everything =)

Unfortunately they don't seem to help everyone as i too am on 20mg at the moment and can't say they are helping at all :(
