Shhhh! Don't tell anyone but the whole appearance of us doing nothing is all part of a secret conspiracy to get people to accept the position when it's offered - if they had any idea how much was REALLY involved, NOBODY would say 'Yes'!! 
Can you please tell Dave that I'll give him a shout sometime soon for a catch-up - just got to recover his number from my old phone.
Do you know if he's wandering back this way at all? Seems like a peice of furniture is missing when one of the 'oldies' stops visiting for a while.
