Triggering - not

not good not good, really not good. my knees hurt so ****ing much, and my heart is aching, my eyes are crying, adn i got flashback triggers and my uncle yelled at me cause i asked if i could change the channel cause the show was making me flash back and he knows dead bodies make me flash, but he just yelled at nme and i called my friend cause i need someone im not safe and she said she was meeting with her boyfriend who was my friend too and she said she would talk with him and call em back in 15 minutes and that was 40 minuites ago and i cant stop crying and shaking and i need help og ****ing god i need help so much

Its ok, Its ok to cry. Shaking is actually ok too. Its your body expressing your grief and releasing your tension and distress safely.

Are you seeing a therapist or counsellor at all?
