Triggering (SI/OD) - not sure what to do after last time
second post today...sorry to be a pain...
on sunday i felt really restless and panicky...i ended up od-ing and went to hosp...i didn't take enough to cause damage...i got sent home... that week i had 4 trips to hospital to ave my arms sortd out from a cutting session and for feeling suicidal..all of which i got sent home...
now my problem is...i am feeling that same sensation now...restlessness, panicky and i have urges to cut and od again...
not sure what to do now as i know that the last od i did wasn't enough...so i know to take more...

I find feeling restless and panicky very difficult sensations/feelings to deal with. I am sorry you have been experiencing them so much recently.
Does anything help alleviate the feelings? Some people find doing something active can help, especially with the restless feeling. Though if you have problems with eating and overexercising then this possibly isn't the right way for you to go about dealing with it.

it's always better to ask for help first than need help for something phsyical as well. would it help to be able to talk to someone immediately? Samaritans are good if you need someone to tal you through, they won't offer advice or call an ambulance or anything, which often isn't what you need. but if that is what you need, could you call NHS Direct or go to hospital?
also, maybe have a think about what you would need right now to help you feel calmer. something you or someone else could do that would make you feel better.

you need to do something about these feelings now before they lead to negative behaviour.
can you ring a doctor or speak to a helpline about these feelings and urges?
perhaps there is someone in your private life you can confide in or even keep talking here?
self harm can help for a while and relieve short term feelings but how wil it help you later tonite, tomoro or even next week?
these feelings need to be talked about and a way to deal with them figured out.
