The good thing is that you are learning from previous experience. Is there any way that you can get any meds/sharps etc to someone else so that you can't hurt yourself with them? It's good that you can see this soming, as it means you can do somethig to prevent it. Please don't take more. Your body will have been through a lot already, and doing anything else may push things too far. xx

I find feeling restless and panicky very difficult sensations/feelings to deal with. I am sorry you have been experiencing them so much recently.

Does anything help alleviate the feelings? Some people find doing something active can help, especially with the restless feeling. Though if you have problems with eating and overexercising then this possibly isn't the right way for you to go about dealing with it.

it's always better to ask for help first than need help for something phsyical as well. would it help to be able to talk to someone immediately? Samaritans are good if you need someone to tal you through, they won't offer advice or call an ambulance or anything, which often isn't what you need. but if that is what you need, could you call NHS Direct or go to hospital?

also, maybe have a think about what you would need right now to help you feel calmer. something you or someone else could do that would make you feel better.

you need to do something about these feelings now before they lead to negative behaviour.
can you ring a doctor or speak to a helpline about these feelings and urges?
perhaps there is someone in your private life you can confide in or even keep talking here?
self harm can help for a while and relieve short term feelings but how wil it help you later tonite, tomoro or even next week?

these feelings need to be talked about and a way to deal with them figured out.
