Not sure where to put this.. Homework help for CPN..

My partner has been given some homework from her CPN to make a list of 'Small rewards for achieving a weekly goal'. Currently we are a little stuck for ideas, as bigger things tend to be too hard to manage.

Any ideas?!

Are you looking for help on the small rewards or the weekly goals?

Ahh right, thank you.

Hmm, good question. Just wondering, are things like finance, eating or agoraphobia an issue in thinking of things to do?

Some of my favourite rewards are

buying a bath bomb from Lush and having a long, hot bath
picking out a favourite/new film and settling down in my jammies under a blanket with some snacks for the evening
tidying up and lighting candles all around and listening to some relaxing music
having a glass of wine and a cigarette (healthy, I know!)
going out for a walk on a sunny day and having a picnic on the grass
visiting an art gallery

Hmmm. I can't think of any more right now.

Issues are really no bathing cos of flashbacks, its not easy or relaxing. And no busy busy places, thats stressful and anxiety provoking.

Things for at home, or done close to home are best.

Does she like jewellery? Maybe you could buy something like a charm bracelet and buy a little charm as a small reward? Though I know that might not be for everyone.

For me, I have a tree (like a fake artistic one) and as small rewards I buy something to add to the tree. My favourite is fairies.

Going for an extra long walk around the park you live/will live opposite.

Getting fish and chips from a nice chip shop.

Buying something little to decorate the house with.
