Triggering (SI/OD) - not sure what's going on *urgent?*

so the last 2 weeks i've been majorly depressed, had a couple of trips to hospital due to suicidal feelings...didn't get far...extra seroquel to take onsite to knock me out....i had a weird panic attack and smashed a few photo frames and cut myself kinda bad and got taken to the minor injuries clinic to have them looked at...got loads of steri strips over my arms and then huge plasters oer the toop of that.
anyway, psychiiatrist gave me some anti-depressants (cipralex) and some diazepam (for 2 weeks when needed) to take along side my seroquel.
tonight i am feeling incredibly restless and i took some diazepam to try and help it and it's not working....i want to rip off these plasters, i want to take more diazepam...not sure what else i am thinking but it's getting kinda irratating

Maybe ring NHS direct to check if it is safe to take any more diazepam? x

It's really not going to be good to rip off your wound dressings. You're going to have to get the wounds dressed again if they're bad enough, or you'll be risking infection which could be quite a bit more painful, persistent, and difficult to treat than the original wound.

If you've already taken the maximum dose indicated on the packaging for the diazepam then you definitely shouldn't take more. The risk of fatal or damaging overdose isn't as high as with some substances but it's still very real: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benzodi...rdose#Toxicity

Is there something else you can do to avoid doing the above?
