Triggering (Suicide) - Sometimes moods change rapidly?
I'm not sure about this, but sometimes I'm really hyper and excitable, then like 10 minutes later I get really bad suicidal idealization. This happens mostly when I'm already been really stressed/depressed recently. I don't understand how my mood can change so drastically. Does this happen to anybody else?

I would not say it was un-common, if it is causing you concern though, I would bring it up with your GP or care team.

I have mood swings like that some days and i hate them.

I have mood swings like that and i have been told its part of my BPD (but im not saying you have it, it could be many different reasons) i dont really deal with it very well so dont really have any advice

It helps to know I'm not alone in this, even if you guys don't know how to help it. I'm not sure how to prevent it either, maybe just to be cautious when I'm THAT happy?
