I cant seem to get into chat using firefox at the moment dose anyone else have the same problem i can get in through internet explorer but i would rather use firefox

all i seem to be getting is that i need to download a plug in witch i have done twice now and firefox says it running fine but i still cant get in the the chat room using firefox
