I am currently:
Triggering (SI) - i really don't feel good..

My third day without self harming. I should be proud but i'm feeling really low. I really want to do it, I don't know if i can go another day without it.
I try to distract myself but it's not working. I know i'm not ready to stop. But I have to, before my mom find outs. It's been going on for two years now. I just want it to stop, I want to be free of it.

Three days without cutting is great, hun! I know how hard it is to stop, but you are strong and you can keep cutting. Has anything happened lately that could have triggered you? Just keep yourself busy and you'll get through this. If you need to talk more you can always PM me. Take care xxx

Try not to focus on how mcuh you want to cut, and focus on the good feeling that comes from suceeding, 3 days is a brilliant start, you should be proud. Keep yourself busy, tidy, draw, read, whatever takes you're mind off it, and the feeling will pass.

I know how hard it is and have felt similar things.

Well done on going 3 days, that's good, I hope you can keep going. But I also know how hard it is, try not to dwell on how long you can be free and worry about slip ups. As you may not be quite ready to give up maybe you could try to set some targets: that you will try hard not to cut, not cut too deep or too much, keep away from noticeable areas of your body, try only cutting a certain amount over a period of time etc. It might help if you have some goals that you can reach instead of a huge goal that seems impossible. Gradually taking steps to stop can still lead to recovery.

Do you have anyone who cam help you?? Maybe talk to a doctor or get some counselling.
