i havnt been here for a long time i was kidding myself that things were ok that my life was . i am more lost and alone than ever i live in a world were i smile and say am ok things are ok ...WELL THERE NOT AND AM NOT . everyone thinks i stopped si but i never i hide it better and people only see what they want .i just dont know what to do i have no one i could talk to about how i feel i just want someone to know am not ok am broken

Sound like things are very rough for you right now. Glad you are reaching out for support tho, by posting.
Would you consider talking to your GP? Or do you have a psych, therapist, couns, etc?
Really would be a good idea to find someone like that who can help you. You dont have to fight this all alone.

my doctor wanted me to see the hit team but i havnt had a good exp with then in the past and i told him i was down but would be ok . everyday just gets harder i have no fight . i cant seem to write the words i want they just wont come am so confused

Im sorry things are still bad for you....could you not give the hit team a try and if it doesnt work out again you could leave.
I just think it sounds as if you could do with the extra support right now
