You can't lose hope when it's hopeless.
You gotta hope more,
then put your fingers in your ears and go,
"Blah blah blah blah!"

I miss you Pip ♥

I knew just one - "Mullion". But, realistically, how many of those words does one need to know to conduct a coherent and intelligent conversation in 2010?

Chuck just a couple of them into a sentence in a chat with friends and they'll look at you as though you're barmy - or pretentious!

Tony (only two syllables).

Never surrender.

Yerd <3
I like wamfle and sesamoid too.
Those are really nice words.

I already new Glabella, though.
I think it was on QI once.
Haha.

Now I'll play your ghost as my ace, whenever I'm led astray.
But I am actually good, can't help it if we're tilted.

I knew the word Girn but the rest are new to me.
Also I don't know anyone who uses those words.

I knew 3!
And with glossolalia I'm sure I've heard it used when referring to the speaking in "tongues" that some of the more unusual branches of christianity do.

I knew none of them, but as English is only my second language it's not too surprising.
But I have to say, my favorite relatively unknown word in English is "defenestrate"

Thats reminds me of when you hear people talk complelty in slang from where you live, ie here would be the glasweigen slang - you cant bloody understand a word of it.
