cant post in rant forum or reply to a friends post
hello I have tried to post a reply to fluffywhiteclouds post. And it is telling me i don't have priveleges.
what have i done wrong.

you cant reply to peoples threads on rant. The rules got changed when v3 started and one of the changes was you couldnt reply to peoples posts on the rant fourm.
