Life and DBT
I'm so confused. I've started DBT and I can't decide if I want to go back. It was weird and I'm kind of intrigued to find out abotu the other people in the group but I'm not sure if it'll help.
Anyway, I'm writing a blog about how I get on in DBT. If anyone wants the website address, PM me.
I'm just so confused. I'm even questioning what I'm here for.

I don't want to spend the rest of my days
Running around, chasing my shadow
So please don't let this chance slip away
If I waste it this time
I won't be here tomorrow

keep going with it, and maybe after the first section (can't remember what it's called) review things? that way you'll have given it a go, know what it's about and will be making an informed decision. DBT can be hard work and not all of it might be relevant for you, but i found it was worth sticking with the hard/boring bits to learn the good stuff.
