Hi Everyone,
My name is Sage, I have been searching for sometime for a survivor forum. I spent a good part of my life in therapy and recovery programs healing from childhood sexual abuse.
During that time, I wrote about everything. It literally was the one thing that kept me sane. Writing has grown to be a passion. I am currently taking out some of the poems that I wrote and submitting them for publication etc.
I recently was inspired, by a quote by Albert Einstein, that spoke directly to my life and experience. From that quote I tied it to my experience with Dissocation. Therefore my artwork and poem is part of this article.
The artwork and poem is powerful. I am using it to help others, as well as educate people who don't understand what survivor's go through.
