I'm mainly looking to be 'noticed' and for some understanding/empathy here, please. And some hugs. :)
I started back at therapy yesterday. To my immense relief.
It was a tough 3 week break. Very tough.
It's taking a while for me to settle back into myself. I feel like I'm emerging from a fog, from an alternate reality.
This morning I feel very insecure, I think it's my child state, finding, creating something to pin my/her anxiety on to.
This makes me feel sad.
I feel a tender ache in my heart, the centre of my chest.
Along with all this, nearly a week ago my homeopath affirmed my multiple personalities. The 3 of me. He understands how I lose myself, that the me that goes to work is very different from the me-s that come forefront when I'm in distress. The child state, and the abusive protector state, Katrina.
That he takes this seriously is something really big for me.
I feel I can breathe more easily, I can be myself/ves with him now. It's safer.
I am so glad that things are looking up for you in terms of therapy and your homeopath.
I think that you should let your emotions out, as from my experience if I hide my emotions, it all comes out in a huge burst later.

PM me if you want a PDF copy of the ICD-10or the Mental Health Act 1983/2007. I ALSO HAVE THE DSM-V BOOK and am a pharmacology student.
I have a visual impairment / neurological problems so I need people to type in clear text and no funny fonts. Also excuse any typos, my vision blocks things out.
I have autism and have problems communicating, PMs included.
Just becasue I type well doesn't mean I speak well. I am only part time verbal.
im glad you started back with therapy, and im glad your homeopath person was validating and recognized all 3 of you :)
“The good things don’t always soften the bad, but vice-versa, the bad things don’t necessarily spoil the good things and make them unimportant.”
“Nobody important? Blimey, that’s amazing. Do you know, in nine hundred years of time and space I’ve never met anyone who wasn’t important before.”
“If it’s time to go, remember what you’re leaving. Remember the best. My friends have always been the best of me.”
I'm glad you've started back with therapy, I can relate to the huge relief it is after a break.
I can relate to the coming out of a fog, back into reality, or a 'clearer' reality if that makes sense.
How does it feel? Coming back to yourself? Is it frightening, a relief, or just an adjustment?
I hope you are ok, and I'm really glad you got the validation from your homeopath, that is a really great step, awesome :)
I'm sending you hugs and you are very much noticed around here and by us :) thinking of you Katie (and Trini and Katrina!!)
Take care
I'm glad you were more together in the session today :)

I notice you. I'm so glad things are getting better for you with therapy. We all get insecure and emotional so remember you're not alone when those feelings come.
Katie, I'm glad that you've gotten back to therapy... I understand how difficult the weeks without it can be. I'm also very glad that your homeopath validated your states... that's awesome. *gentle hugs*
Thinking of you, love. If you need to talk, I'm here. xx

Perhaps you should have a long sleep tonight? I am so glad you're feeling a bit stronger though, keep it up.
I care about you.
