Right well i just wondered if anyone knew about sleeping pills etc, ive tried temaz and diazapam which were rubbish, and im currently on a sedating AD but my cpn thinks there are better ADs for me but they might not help with sleep so i was wondering if there was anything else i could possibly try alongside a non sedating AD?

sorry bit rambley but basically its when i cant sleep that i do things i shouldnt...

You should go back and speak to your doctor about this, they will know what medication is right for you.

If even Temazapam and Diazepam aren't helpful then I would suggest asking your doctor about Nitrazepam.

I have used zopiclone with paroxetina, and carbamazepine - i went from insomnia, to sleeping 15-16 hours a day and still feeling exhausted. of course everyone is difficult on meds, good luck !

I've been taking zopiclone on and off for 5 months and i find it works well although i do feel groggy in the mornings.
