Live help keeps dying on me each time i go on for help and its very flakey.

Any one eles get this?

I've used it twice. The second time it worked really well which was good. The first time it logged off, but the person I was talking to came back and apologized for technical problems- so I assume that it is to do with that. Don't let it become personal.

please please dont assume that the supporter has logged off with you because they cant handle what you say.A supporter will NEVER log off for that reason.
