SUGGESTIONS

I need to get my hands on a fast, effective, cheap product that helps either fade or reduce the appearance of scars. Does anyone have any suggestions? Let me know.

Yeah I was checking it out the other day and I was shocked by how something so small is so expensive! I don't expect it to work over night or anything I just want something that effective.

I used to use vitiman E oil on my scars and I must say my scars did fade a little so I guess it may be worth a shot at that, I think it's fairly cheap too.

Bio oil is a little more expensive but it is apparently well worth the money and I have heard good comments about it from those I know that have used the product.

Try the Vitiman E oil for a little while and see how it goes, perhaps you may choose to splash out on the bio oil.

I'll come back to the thread if I can think of anything else that may help, I hope you find something that works for you.

Bear in mind nothing will work immediately, these things take time.

Thank you!!! I've heard about Vitamin E too but I wasn't too sure whether to trust it or not. Someone suggested Zinc but I thought that was meant to help hair growth...

I bought a product the other day, produced by the same people who sell that cocoa butter stuff thats supposed to be good. Palmers i think there called. Anyway, the products called scar serum, and its got five different ingredients to help reduce scars. I think it has the bio oil, and vit E, and some other stuff too. It cost me £10 in boots for a little bottle, but ive found a little goes and long way as its quite thick. Only been putting it on a few days and the reddness of my fresher scars (2 months old) has gone down a lot. My older scars (2 years) dont seem to have changed much, but didnt really expect them to.

Anyway, if you fancy splashing out, i'd recommend this, as its got it all in one. Hope this helps.
