You are somebody now, it's just that your experience of yourself is scattered, fragmented, because you feel so lost and insecure.

Can you tell us some more about what's happening in your head?

its broken smashed in peices i dont want it i dont want anything im goin to seep forever i dont know my feelings they disaper leaves me numb and empty just a big hole sinking to the ground which swallows me all up

You won't disintegrate and fragment into pieces or fall into nothingness, although I can understand totally how it can feel like that.

Wrapping yourself in a blanket can help when you're feeling like this. Give yourself a big hug, and if tears come, that's ok.
