This is the longest ive not SI for.
During this time, I have finished college and wound up without a job. I've fallen in love with someone who barely knows I exist and I'm dating someone who adores me and I hope one day I will grow to like
The closest person in the world to me passed away 3 months ago and my flatmate is giving me HELL. On top of the countless job rejections and applying for so much and hearing nothing back. Running out of money, being criticised by my family for being so useless.
Today is 6 months free which has generally been the hardest 6 months of my life not counting trying to stop SI.
I was sent on an admin course on wednesday and it was awful. The job centre made me go despite me getting a B for my admin at school for higher/a-level. On wednesday we filled out a form, took a break, learned how to turn on a computer. i'm not kidding. It's in a poor rough area and a lot of the classmates have drug addictions and have been forced there too. And they think im stuck up because i live in a nice area and wear nice clothes and can do all the work in about 2 seconds
I had a job interview yesterday so I didnt have to go to the class. It went ok but i wasnt hopeful. Back in the class today and it was just so bad again :(
Got home, thinking about it being my 6 months free and got a phone call to say I got the job and start on monday. It's minimum wage but it's full time, permanent, a 5 min walk from my flat, a kind of job i really wanted and it lets me work in my bar job that I love at weekends and still be able to go to gigs and stuff
So yes. 6 months. New job. Far more positive.
