wellbeing team
When i saw my dr yesterday she told me to make an appointment with the wellbeing team but she didn't explain what it is or what they do. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with them or know who they are.

well the wellbeing team at my uni are the kind of 'first contact' people. you get into contact with them and then they tell you about all the different kinds of things and services that they can refer you to, so that you can get the best help you can to suit you.
