dont feel ashamed about your scars, look at them as your battle wounds that you will get through and they have got you thro bad times but you are still here and no scar in the world makes you a bad person and noone in the world has the right to make you feel this bad

I get this all the time. I dont know what to do..it triggers me more. they say i have to see another phsyciatrist. i already have one. im so so sick of being like this...i dont ant to be... i want to make people happy and not hurt so much its difficult.
