Date settings?
Is there a way to change how dates are displayed on the forum? For example,
"04/03/07" instead of "03/04/07".

Probably not I'm afraid since, whichever way we do it, either we'll have people unhappy in the UK, or unhappy in the US! :D
Since RYL is a UK-based organisation, we're probably best sticking with the currnent UK format. This makes more sense when you consider RYL server time is UK time too.

Month/Date/Year, Chloe. :)
But what about a way that's customizable for each user, like the time zones?

It would place too much load on our systems most likely...We have a lot of dates displayed in a given forum page and a lot of users likely to be online at any one time in the future... I'll ask H to look into it, but I can't make any promises
