Triggering (SI) - Not a good reason to look forward to having the house to myself :(

Have been looking forward to tonight for weeks now, just because mum is away for 4 nights and I have the house to myself. Not cos I want some me time, not cos I want to have a party, but because I wanted the house to myself so I could drink, smoke and cut without distractions or worrying about anyone knowing.
I feel so bad at the moment. And I can't talk to anyone about it :(

what worries me is that you have been waiting for this time!
i know you just wanna be alone and deal with things in your own way but its not safe nore useful. cal a friend to come over or go to a friends.

you have been trusted to be home alone so dont do anythin to jepordise that or you may end up being treated like a child and not have any freedom

Heh, I'm 24, lol.

None of my friends really live near me at the moment. :( That really doesn't help.

I even cut at work the other day though, hiding in a toilet cubicle. That's really not good. I'm a youth worker. I work with teenagers that self-harm and there I am doing it myself.
